We’re looking for a technology star with proven enterprise architecture design and/or transformation experience to assist us with setting our digital agenda and develop the supporting technology and data road map for our fast-growing and newly established company.

This is a unique opportunity to step up into a leadership role and assist us in creating an end-to-end digital vision and see that vision to fruition. Significant budget has been assigned for investment in technology.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a broader role in shaping the overall ways of working for Connexa and co-creating the culture.

**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist us in develop the digital road map for Connexa, ensuring the business has the right solutions and architecture to meet current and future technology and data needs
- Establish and manage end to end digital systems architecture for suppliers, customers and the Connexa team to ensure a seamless, value add digital experience.
- Lead the selection of platforms and vendor negotiations; co-design solutions and lead subsequent business integration
- Architect the data lake, ensuring data needs of the business are understood, the appropriate data is captured, migrated, maintained and made available to drive data driven decisions/business outcomes
- Manage a team who will assist you in delivering the technology objectives
- Manage relationships with third party providers, including service assurance and risk mitigation

You will have:

- Significant experience in senior IT architecture and/or transformation roles, with a back ground in as an Enterprise Architect or Technology Solution Architect
- Hands-on technical experience
- Deep understanding of best practice and emerging technologies and data trends
- Understanding of IT project management methodologies
- Ability to provide input at a strategic level but also roll up sleeves
- Demonstrated experience leading and delivering digital projects
- Ability to be able to connect operational needs with digital solutions
- Strong communication skills in all formats
- A strong network of outsource providers that you can engage
- A creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplace
- A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement
