As Digital Producer you will be part of an elite team of innovative and highly skilled digital specialists dedicated to leading the industry.

The core expectation is that you become an integral part of our team and help empower the agency towards this goal, with the following top level expectations:

- Work across the Auckland agency delivering multiple projects
- Ability to motivate project teams working within the digital space
- Proactively seek solutions and enable the agency
- Review and manage the performance of projects to ensure all
- milestones are met or exceeded within budget
- Proactivity seek opportunities to enhance internal processes
- Reporting to the Head of Production - updating status and raise any potential issues as early as possible

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure project delivery is as per client and agency expectations and clear communication of timelines and status has been developed throughout the project
- To ensure thorough QA has been completed for all projects including project documentation to further enforce perfection
- Actively source and review suppliers/freelancers so that a ‘bench’ is available when required. Keep in contact with the bench for availabilities

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years of agency producer experience
- A high level of organisation - the ability to juggle multiple projects, comfortable with presenting to clients
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
- Able to take direction well but unafraid to share ideas
- An eye for detail and quality control
- Hard working with ability to work on a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with online banners and digital out of home
- Experience with campaign microsites and small to large web builds
- Ability to write and critique project scope of work documentation
