We are looking for the next person to help us revitalise Centre City. The Duty Manager is an essential customer facing role to ensure that out customers have a great and satisfying when they visit the Centre.
General Tasks include
- Daily operations of the Centre when in sole charge
- Customer service, answering telephone enquiries, responding to customer concerns/queries
- Selling gift cards, checking balances, queries
- Assist with Marketing promotions, customer facing as required.
- Work with security contractors to provide a safe shopping environment and discouragement of anti-social behaviour.
- Assisting customers with carpark queries, payments, faulty tickets
- Problem solving with carpark system hardware - resetting, changing tickets, clearing machine jams
- Assist Administration Assistant as required, and perform admin duties when Administration Asst, is on holidays/break.
- Generation of basic reports - such as carpark reports
Skills needed:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client focus
- Problem solver
- Attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and can think and react to situations.
