**Role description**:
As our customer facing Product Support Specialist, you will champion the interaction between the company, our product and its customers. As a seasoned technology practitioner, you’ll assist new and existing customers with the product set and will actively lead engagements with customers. You will be supported by our inhouse team of specialists who will work with you on a daily basis as your skills and confidence grows.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Deliver top-notch customer outcomes that keep customers happy, increase retention and long-term engagement.
- Set realistic customer expectations on delivery. Work with our customers to achieve great outcomes.
- Become a trusted advisor and extension to customers inhouse data teams. Be the go to person on all product related issues.
- Encourage and support the immediate and wider team to work collaboratively to deliver on team priorities

**This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities**:

- 2+ years experience in working with relational databases (SQL and Postgres).
- 2+ years customer technical support experience.
- 2+ years experience in Project management.
- Client Relationship building.
- Competent with tools such as, or similar to, Excel, JIRA, Slack, etc.
- Have the confidence to facilitate functional and technical discussions.
- A focus for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible and collaborative.
- Excellent communicator & well-organised.
