We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our Albany based Support Centre as a **Quotations Coordinator.**

As part of our Customer team, you will provide the quoting and pricing submissions for National Key Account Customers and support the National Accounts growth strategy through providing quoting, pricing and general administrative support to the Contracts Coordinator and National Key Account Managers.

**Reporting to the National Trade Operations Manager, your key functions will include**:

- Accurate identification of quoted product including SKUs and specially ordered product.
- Handle all customer pricing, usage and other reporting including price book generation.
- Negotiate with suppliers, stores and across Support Centre to confirm optimal costs.
- Handle all customer pricing, usage and other reporting including price book generation.
- Manage maintenance and upkeep of all pricing files for national accounts ensuring they are reviewed ahead of time and in particular that price rises are notified to key customers and updated in the system as needed.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a similar role ie. producing pricing for tender submissions, estimating, contract pricing etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of the industry.
- Experience with Pacsoft would be advantageous.
