**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is not a typical contact centre/helpdesk job as it tracks and manages each job from request to delivery and completion.

Accordingly, the Team Leader role involves the setting of targets and direction for the team; ensuring the team is resourced in line with operational needs; ensuring the customer and subcontractor calls are answered professionally, managing the workflow through systems, monitoring delivery performance, and reporting on outcomes in accordance with contractual obligations and service level metrics.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory/management environment (including coaching and development of team members)
- You will need to have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI experience is an advantage
- Experience of data manipulation and reporting
- Advanced financial literacy and problem-solving skills
