We currently have an exciting opportunity within Nestle Purina PetCare for a Factory Supply Chain Manager to join the leadership team at our Marton Factory. You will manage, guide, and develop all Supply Chain functions at the plant in order to meet production and business needs at required performance levels and at optimised costs.
**A day in the life **
- Ensure Detailed Production Scheduling is consistently delivering.
- Material Management Planning - make raw and packaging materials available on time, with quality and at best overall costs.
- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners at the Factory.
- Collaborate with peer Supply Chain Managers to share best practices and drive for continuous improvement.
- Development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of factory supply chain personnel.
**To be Successful**
- Joining a collaborative team, you will be a strong leader with a history of delivering results in a high-pressure environment. You have the demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced changes.
- You will have relevant and successful operational experience in a supervisory role at market/pant level in at least one of the following areas: Manufacturing, Industrial Performance, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing, Inbound Material Management, Production Planning
- It will be advantageous to have experience in the management of projects such as High Performance Logistics.
- You will possess outstanding communication skills and have the flexibility to adapt your style to suit your audience and manage stakeholders
- Experience with SAP and FMCG will be an advantage
