**About the role**:
As we continue to grow and evolve, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to take up the recently created role of Product Operations Leader. The core purpose of this role is to increase the efficiency of the Chief Product & Innovation Officer and his team of Faculty Leaders. You would be working across an amazing team of passionate professionals where some of your key responsibilities would be to
- Develop, review and continuously improve business processes
- Streamline communication between product function and internal stakeholders
- Manage product stack including product development tools
- Act as the bridge between Quality and Faculty Leaders
- Ability to analyse data to help Faculty Leaders

**About you**:
You must be passionate about the impact education can have on the lives of our rangatahi and students. You will inspire, be positive, and be enthusiastic as you present to, and work alongside students and staff.

Ideally you will have a couple of years project coordination experience within the education sector. We are looking for the right blend of a great positive attitude, the desire to work hard and get results, and a passion to help others through education. You will also need to be:

- Energetic, positive, and driven to succeed
- Able to analyses data
- Able to be supportive and empathic
- A natural relationship builder
- A competent administrator with good attention to detail
