This role offers the opportunity to help enhance the calibre of our creative output for both our established and growing brands within the baby category as well as helping to upskill other members in the team.

**What You'll Do**

As the Digital Content Designer, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital design projects, with a strong focus on content design. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead the development of best-in-class digital content and campaigns

Creation of digital assets such as social tiles, Instagram stories, animations, and videos

Creation of eDM, presentations and website modules in Figma

Creation of animated HTML web banners (bonus)

Colour correction of images and videos

Create packaging renders and shelf shot mockups

Participate in creative brainstorms, contributing ideas that elevate the brand to a higher level

Support and up skill the team in motion graphics, visual effects, and animation techniques

Seek opportunities to learn/up skill in 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using software such as Cinema 4D, and Maya.

Recognise creative opportunities within the Baby Vertical and execute from conception to completion

Understand marketing initiatives, key audiences, and design objectives

**What You’ll Bring**

4+ years of proven experience as a digital content designer

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular strength in After Effects

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Ability to understand marketing briefs and provide creative, on-brand solutions that meet their objectives

Mentor and guide junior members of the team

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Maintain clear and tidy file management

Qualification in motion graphics, animation, or related field is a plus
