**Job Opportunity: Finance Director for Luxury Resort Group in the Indian Ocean**

Are you ready to elevate your finance career in paradise? An exclusive resort group, nestled in the breathtaking Indian Ocean, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to lead the financial strategy for several high-profile resorts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cluster Financial Control Experience**:Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing financial operations across multiple resorts.
- **Island or Remote Location Expertise**: Previous exposure to island or remote locations highly valued, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills in unique settings.
- **Finance Strategy and Performance**: Demonstrate a clear and successful track record in developing and implementing finance strategies, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- **Oversight of Operations**: Manage individual finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in diverse and dynamic resort environments.
- **Mentorship and Coaching**: Act as a mentor and coach to finance staff and management, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
- **Branded Hotel/Resort Chains**:Prior experience in renowned branded hotel or resort chains is essential, showcasing your understanding of industry standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven cluster financial control experience (minimum 4 years).
- Formal qualification
- Background in finance strategies and performance optimisation.
- Experience in overseeing individual finance and accounting operations.
- Mentorship and coaching skills.
- Previous exposure to island or remote locations is highly regarded.
- Worked in branded hotel or resort chains.
- Single status.

**Benefits**:
