**Storeperson**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to join our team here at Raeward Fresh Wholesale Tasman as our full time Storeperson. This role is 40 hours a week - Tuesday to Saturday with a start time of 4am - 12.30 pm.

Raeward Fresh Wholesale Tasman based in McGlashen Avenue is a large Wholesale and Retail Butchery outlet with one of the largest butchery’s in the top of the south which means there are high volumes of stock coming and going daily.

If you are physically fit, hardworking, have excellent attention to detail and can think on your feet then we would like to meet you. We would prefer someone with experience however we will provide full training for someone who is keen and suitable for this role.

**The responsibilities of the role include**:

- Unloading / loading of all inward goods.
- To ensure all inwards stock is correctly accounted for and handled with care.
- To ensure the store area is maintained in an organised state to reduce stock handling damages and time.
- To ensure cleanliness of the storeroom is maintained to a high standard.
- To assist with stock movement between sites where necessary.

**We are looking for the following attributes**:

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Keen on early starts as start time is 4am
- Forklift License - not essential but would be an advantage
- The physical capability to meet the demands of the position
- A good eye for detail
- Able to work in a demanding and high-volume environment
