The Faculty of Business and Economics is seeking an experienced and efficient Group Services Administrator with a focus on excellent customer service skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Group Services team in the Faculty of Business & Economics.
This is a fulltime **1 year fixed-term** opportunity.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role are:
- You will provide general administrative support to academic staff and students, including assessment and examination administration for postgraduate students, and other activities focused around teaching support and course administration.
- You will be supporting our undergraduate, post graduate programmes and professional programmes, therefore the ability and confidence to communicate with students and academic staff are an important part of the role.
- You will also assist with department-specific events, staff and student queries.

You’ll also have a proactive attitude, immaculate attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy workload. Your interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills will be exceptional, as you will be working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team with an outstanding customer focus for the faculty’s key stakeholders.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of University processes and some of the systems, such as Student Services Online SSO and Canvas, would be a real advantage.
