We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to join a small management consulting company who are committed to developing leaders and helping organisations thrive. As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating the consulting team and office operations to ensure business effectiveness and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide secretarial support for consultants and team members, including minute taking, inbox monitoring, and diary management
- Ensure billable consultant hours are recorded and up to date
- Build rapport with all clients through professional communications and hosting to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Act as the point of contact between staff and internal/external clients
- Project management of client activities to support consultants in meeting client delivery
- General internet research and collation of resources
- Programme Team support including programme material development, document formatting and proofreading, documentation of client session outputs, and packing support materials, printing and binding, filing and paperwork
- Workshop resource inventory management, including shopping for resources as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in office administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer-centric approach to clients and work
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and work well under high-stress environments
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Great team player
