We are currently seeking a talented Personal Assistant to join our Quality, Safety and Risk Service.
- A part time role with lots of variety and opportunities to learn
- 6 months fixed term (commencing ASAP)
- 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week)

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
In this part time role your amazing attention to detail and communication techniques are needed to provide effective and efficient administration support to the Quality, Saftey and Risk Service.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
You will be an experienced Personal Assistant with at least 3 years’ experience working in a large organisation. You’ll be proactive, motivated, and flexible with the ability to pre-empt the needs of others and juggle multiple priorities with ease. You’ll be calm, professional and have great time management skills as well as having excellent MS Office Skills. Comfortable with managing a variety of different tasks, you’ll be confident with technology and enjoy dealing with a wide range of people and responsibilities.
Previous experience working in a healthcare setting would be advantageous.
