With a growing project pipeline, we would like to invite you to join us in our continuing mission: To bring professional excellence to the New Zealand construction services market. Being based in Auckland, you’ll work with a supportive team on a wide range of exciting projects.
- Seeking Architectural Technicians / Architectural Graduates / Architects with: _
- 4 or more years’ experience on residential and/or commercial architectural projects (with a minimum of 2 years in New Zealand or Australia)
- An understanding of compliance, construction and detailing in New Zealand
- The ability to take things in stride, and to laugh at oneself on occasion
- Having a grounding in Revit and other BIM technologies is favourable but not essential, having a great attitude with a drive to learn, share, and deliver to the highest quality is a must.
- Responsibilities include: _
- Working as part of a team to transform Architects’ sketches and designs into working drawings
- Reviewing Engineers’ designs, drawings, and coordinating it with the architectural working drawings
- Leading projects in production with guidance from a manager
- Communicating with clarity to clients and consultants
- Assisting contractors in the construction phase and providing solutions on site
