**The Role**

**Duties**
- Writing and posting job ads.
- Manage the recruitment processes by coordinating and scheduling interviews with the Branch / Hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and staffing agency.
- Provide support to the branch/ hiring mangers including onboarding and background checks
- Assistant branch managers in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures.
- Assist and draft and prepare employee contracts.- Welcoming new employees and assisting with the induction process.- Assist in employee engagement activities such as company events & training sessions.- Organising pre-employment drug screens & medicals as required
- All wider recruitment functions

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment coordinator or Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
