**About the role**

Lead our field team for the Dairy sector, which is scattered across the North Island, however, a significant portion of the work would be based in Hamilton. Youll need to plan, resource, and grow the capability of your team while inspiring and sustaining team cohesion, acting as a conduit of information, and fostering a culture of positivity, collaboration, and respect.

The Delivery Manager is part of the Field Management Team (FMT), who together, deliver on operational and strategic projects across the organisation. Due to strong growth with our trainee base and our workforce theres a lot of work to do to support employers and trainees in their work and in their learning, so we need a leader who is up to that challenge, in which you will have the resourcing and influence to transform the vocational education and training landscape for the Dairy sector in New Zealand.

**Skills & Experience**

Were looking for a leader of people and a manager of actions who has an understanding of the Primary Industries, its drivers, and stakeholders. Knowledge of the Dairy Sector isnt required but would be greatly beneficial.
- Significant experience in leading people and teams.
- Strong industry training knowledge.
- Demonstrated background in delivering high quality customer service.
- Significant experience in working at a senior level to provide operational management.
- Sound understanding of adult learning needs.
