**Transition To Adulthood.**

We're on the lookout for a passionate Youth Worker to join our frontline team This is fulltime mahi, working closely with rangatahi that are transitioning out of Oranga Tamariki care and into early adulthood. As our Youth Worker, you will connect with rangatahi to help them find their spark and unleash their OWN potential, outside of OT care. You will advocate for rangatahi, guide them towards their aspirations, and
- deliver wrap-around support to address any education, healthcare, and social needs.-
**Your Skills & Experience.**

For our Youth Worker, the following competencies are desired, but not all required:

- Strong commitment to Te Reo me ōna tikanga.
- Prior experience supporting and advocating for rangatahi.
- Qualification in humanities or social services desired.
- Knowledge of local community networks and services.
- Heart for the community and passion for whānau ora.
- Clean, Full NZ Drivers License essential for local travel.
