**Cancer Navigator.**

Ready to make a difference? We are currently seeking experienced kaimahi to help deliver our Whānau Ora Cancer Care service. This is a fulltime, community-focused role, which will drive you to connect with and support whānau impacted by cancer. Operating with a strong sense of empathy, you will coordinate care for whānau and provide all-round guidance as they navigate their cancer pathway. A knowledgeable practitioner, you will educate whānau on their care options, knocking down barriers of accessibility and ensuring an earlier uptake of cancer services.

For our Youth Worker, the following competencies are desired, but not all required:

- Strong commitment to Te Reo me ōna tikanga.
- Previous experience in a community or whānau-focused role.
- Qualification in health, social sciences, or humanities is desired.
- Knowledge of kaupapa Māori strengths/recovery-based practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community services and networks.
- Clean, Full NZ Drivers License essential for local travel.
