**What you will be doing**:
These are new positions providing support to the construction teams with administrative assistance and coordination. Our sites are based in Mangere and Mt Roskill and full training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Some of the things you may get involved with but may not be limited to the following
- Assist and coordinate with other team members and subcontractors for site visits, bookings, and documentation
- Collect the data required for accident investigations
- Update and maintain systems and site registers
- Scan and upload pre-starts, toolbox talks and SWMS attendance sheets
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge and experience working in the construction sector ideal
- Strong administration experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Current Class 1 Driver's Licence

**The Ghella Abergeldie JV combines more than 30 years of tunnelling expertise in New Zealand with over 150 years of Italian and international tunnelling experience and capability. **Our team has extensive** **experience working on major water and wastewater projects.**

All successful applicants will be required to undertake a Ministry of Justice and pre-employment drug and medical checks.
