As a self-employed contractor you’ll provide part-time outsourced recruitment services, and work end to end on a project. You’ll get $50 per hour and be able to fit the work around other commitments.

To really enjoy and thrive in this role you’ll have the following attributes:

- Be an experienced recruiter or HR person with extensive recruitment experience
- Be tech savvy able to utilise online recruitment systems
- Be an experienced behavioural interviewer who is familiar with competencies
- Ideally understand how to recruit for motivation/job congruency, values and cultural fit, or a willingness to learn
Have a friendly, open manner that well represents our clients
Ideally have experience in proactive search, you can utilise social media, LinkedIn, Google and other tech tools to uncover people of interest
- Take ownership of a vacancy and communicate about your activity and the job’s status while balancing your other commitments
