Our team of 240 structural engineers lead and support projects nationally that improve the standard of living for our communities. You will be supported by a strong team of technical experts and experienced delivery leads.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Hamilton Building Structures team. This role requires a strong market presence, leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects. You will lead a team, support our clients, and collaborate with multi-discipline project teams to manage our current workload and drive future growth.

**Mōu ake | About you**
- Experienced Structural Engineer with a relevant degree or tertiary education.
- 7-14 years of design experience working in Buildings projects.
- Track record in delivering results on behalf of our clients, ensuring a great client experience.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team, mentor and coach junior peers, and delegate appropriately.
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking, and consulting skills
