We’re looking for skilled and passionate Senior Bridge Engineers and Bridge Engineers to join our teams in Hamilton and Tauranga. In this role you will work within a high performing team delivering design and / or structural asset management services. You will work on projects regionally and nationally and will be able to grow and develop your career by working with some of the best engineers in New Zealand. **About you**

You’ll have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working within a tight knit team environment, but also ability to work collaboratively with the wider business. You will have designed a couple of bridges/structures previously, and you will be a motivated designer and seek to enhance the delivery of projects with innovative concepts, and ways of working. You will be aware of the full design delivery process from developing concept designs through to detailed designs and construction. Ideally you will have had experience using parametric design tools, and keen to develop these skills further and lead this aspect on projects. You will be motivated to achieve chartered engineer status within the next couple of years and we will support you in doing this.
