- This role works with the Customer Solutions team and the wider organisation to understand business needs, identify detailed data requirements, and generate insights to drive business improvements.
- In this role, you’ll:

- Work with the Customer Solutions team and wider organisation to understand business needs

- As a seasoned professional, you’ll bring experience working in large-scale, performance-driven environments. You’ll also bring:

- A curious mind and the ability to turn data into insights and bring opportunities to life
- Experience working in a commercial environment delivering insights to help drive better customer outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, self-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Great attention to detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through data visualisation
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, math, computer science, or economics
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Experience with programming and data manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power Query, Alteryx and SAS
