Judicial Administration Officer, Wellington

We are looking for an admin officer who is confident with a warm personality, who is proactive and remains calm under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills; be IT savvy and able to work efficiently, managing competing priorities daily. The role may require some occasional afterhours work. A can-do positive attitude with discretion and sound judgement are a must. Nimbleness is also a must.

**In this role you will be required to**:

- Provide professional and courteous reception and telephonist services on a shared basis
- Provide day to day support to the Judicial Administrator to the Chief District Court Judge

We are seeking a confident person with a warm personality who is always proactive and willing to lend a hand, whilst remaining calm under pressure. We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills, is IT savvy and be able to work efficiently, and under time constraints, maning competing tasks daily. A can do positive attitude and nimbleness is a must. A high level of discretion is also required.

**To be successful in this role the following is required**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication/listening skills - Previous experience in office management practices including: - Reception management - Accurate data entry skills
- High standard of discretion - Problem solving skills
- An ability to work both collaboratively and individually
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, Excel or similar financial management software
