We are looking for a People and Performance Manager to help the store deliver awesome experiences

The Role:

- Partner with leaders to provide coaching and mentoring
- Attracting, developing and retaining great people
- Work on the strategic plan for all things people - HR, talent, wellness, capability and culture
- You will help drive the overall performance of the store through culture, strong HR practices, systems and processes and people development
- Look after 185+ personnel
