**About The Role**
We are looking for a proactive individual who loves all things administration and is interested in playing a key role to support our Insurance Brokers with policy renewals and various administration tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their insurance Broking career or to grow their career.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**
- Being a front-line point of contact for our clients and looking after any enquiries they might have
- Preparation of professional insurance documentation for clients and insurers
- Negotiation of policy terms and conditions with insurers and driving positive outcomes for our clients
- Assisting Brokers with client insurance policy renewals
- Communicating claims settlement information to clients
- Office administration responsibilities including reception duties

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Ideally you will come from an administration or insurance background with strong customer service experience in a solution driven environment
- A customer first mentality and being a proactive problem solver
- You will be a motivated self-starter who once up and running is able to work with a level of autonomy
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office Products but also the ability to pick up new systems
