We're a place where memories are made, achievements are celebrated, and the community comes together.

  • Helping ensure the venue looks great - including hands-on setup and pack down
  • Managing admin tasks: event plans, reports, data entry, quotes, record-keeping, and phone enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and community groups
  • Assisting with funding and grant applications

What You'll Bring:

  • Event coordination experience (essential)
  • Previous administration experience (essential)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Confidence working with Microsoft 365 (MYOB experience a bonus)
  • Physical ability to support event setup and equipment handling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • A genuine passion for community and people

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

  • Flexible on-site working hours
  • A fun, relaxed, and supportive team environment
  • A role that's both office-based and hands-on - never boring
  • The chance to make a meaningful, visible impact in your local community

If you're ready to bring your energy, initiative, and community spirit to a role you can truly make your own, we'd love to hear from you.
