This role is a dual role working in two different departments of our business with your day split between the two areas.

Customer Relations Representative will be reporting to the CRM Manager, the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Executing our existing customer communication plans under the direction of the CRM Manager
- Reporting any trends to our CRM Manager for enhancement or correction
- Liasing with the CRM Manager for any improvements to the existing plans
- Reporting feedback to the Branch Managers and Department Managers
- Facilitating any customer issues with the Dealerships to support a positive outcome

Parts Assistant will be reporting to the Parts Manager, and is primarily a support role the key responsibilities for this including:

- Customer Service including all enquiries and ordering and supply of parts to retail, trade & internal customers
- Stock maintenance and control
- Freight handling including parts pick up and deliveries to suppliers and customers
- Support to all our Parts Team.

Our business revolves around exceptional customer service so the successful applicant will be centered around this.

We are considering applicants with:

- Exceptional phone skills & and eye for detail
- Self-motivation and a can-do attitude
- Customer focused work ethic with an ability to work with both structured time-frames and unpredictable demands
- Can work on your own and as part of a team
- Have appropriate work permit to work in New Zealand
- Prior experience with Customer Service is an advantage
- 40 hour per week Monday to Friday, split between the two roles on a daily basis.
- Minimum of a restricted driver's license required

Skills & Experience
- Reasonable standard of computer literacy required
- Customer focused work ethic with an ability to work with structured time-frames
- High level of verbal and written communication skills required
- Can work in a high pressure environment
