**Your day to day**
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As an agent and specialist for guest experience, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience, you'll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the face of the hotel and provide our guest with warm greetings
- Acknowledging our IHG One Rewards Club members and returning guests
- Taking and manage bookings with up-selling opportunities
- Handling cash and credit transactions
- Being a trusted specialist for our guests
- Conducting check ins and check outs
- Staying one step ahead of guest's needs and preferences
**What we need from you**
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience using a hotel PMS system is advantageous for the role
- Fluency in local language, multilingual is beneficial
- Flexible and adaptable with departmental rosters
- Front desk and guest service experience is beneficial
- Previous experience in a customer service facing role is a must
