An exciting opportunity for a Senior Learning Specialist has arisen with our crown entity client. Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist learning and development support to leaders and staff across the organisation.
The Senior Learning Specialist leads the design, development and implementation of modern workplace learning experiences that help build a high performing workforce. A focus of the role will be implementing learning frameworks for front line staff and continuing work in this space. Undertaking learning needs analysis and capability framework development to shift the capability of the workforce is also a focus of this role. This will see you working with Subject Matter Experts to develop scalable and engaging learning solutions. There will also be a small aspect of facilitation.
Key Experience and Skills/Attributes:
- Significant experience in leading the development of best practice learning solutions for small to medium operational and dispersed workforce.
- Experience designing and developing engaging capability solutions that meet the needs of both business strategy and the learner.
- Experience completing rapid needs analysis.
- Understanding of broader organisational development concepts and practices and how learning and development fits with them.
- Strong and positive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience with Totara will be useful.
- Experience in leading Co-design/Human Centred Design.
