We’re looking for interest in the role of Civil Foreperson to join Fulton Hogan based in the Auckland Region.

You have strong exposure across varied civil works within Utilities, Drainage Roading and General Earth Works, bringing a mindset that never shies away from a challenge and always being there for your team.

In addition to the above you will:

- Manage and oversee daily operational activities onsite per the project programme
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Provide support and development to your crew
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
- Allocated and coordinate labour, materials and plant as required
- Complying with FH H&S policies on all aspects of work

We’re looking for someone with:

- 5 years experience as Foreperson, Team Lead or Supervisor
- 5 years’ experience in Earthworks, Drainage, Utilities, Roading and General civil
- Hold a Class 1, WTR endorsement with Class 2 as preferred
- The ability to interpret designs and plans
- A positive contribution to the team culture will a focus on continual improvement
- Good leadership and time management abilities
