We are looking to recruit a National Resource Track Machine Ganger to join our Auckland based team. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get into machine operation and managing a small team.

**What you’ll do**

**Your Skills**

**You will need to have extensive rail knowledge, with experience in leading teams and Level A Certification.**
- Good working knowledge of track geometry and standards to ensure work complies with relevant quality, safety, and engineering standards.
- High level of customer service to external stakeholders
- Practical skills will be an advantage as you will be expected to assist with maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise seamlessly between the gang and senior managers.
- A high level of computer literacy
- Be able to demonstrate your commitment to a Zero Harm working environment.
- You should also be comfortable working in all weather conditions.
