We're looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our Auckland Finance team. You'll be the go-to person who ensures invoices are right, compliance is on track, and the wheels of the business keep turning without a hitch. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping Mainstream running like clockwork.

What you'll do

  • Keep accounts receivable and payable running smoothly by processing invoices, managing credit control, and reconciling accounts.
  • Resolve customer account queries quickly, collaborating with other teams to get things sorted.
  • Support compliance by tracking driver documentation, inductions, and regulatory checks.
  • Promote safe work practices and contribute to Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support across Finance and Head Office teams.
  • Assist with month-end processes and management reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in every task, you get it right the first time.

  • Tech-savvy with MS Office and general computer skills.
