As a hands-on data-driven Product Owner you will play a key part in driving the success of New Zealand’s fastest growing e-commerce marketplace. You will work cross functionally, collaborating with business stakeholders from all disciplines to understand requirements, UX designers to understand customer impacts, and engineers to deliver feature improvements that really move the needle.

**Job Description**:
- Co-develop and manage the product development roadmap across the platform, including mobile, app and desktop.
- Understand the business priorities and align technical resource within the delivery team to execute in line with the strategic direction.
- Support the Product Marketing manager to develop the product and feature vision, and lead the execution with a strong customer-first, mobile-first mindset
- Ensure that all key products built and released by the Engineering team have clear product requirements from the business and are validated by insights and developed with user-centric design.
- Lead the team through the product and feature lifecycle management; from concept to end of life.
- Ensure the consumer product team’s time is oriented towards the tasks that will deliver the greatest customer and business benefit across platform development, UX, CRO, Taxonomy and Search optimisation, as well as product data evolution.
- Manage the execution of 3rd party platform integrations.
- Work alongside the other Product Owners to constantly improve our ways of working, practices and tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification with a degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience as a product owner in an e-commerce or digital business
- Experience working in a B2C environment, delivering with a customer centric mindset
- Strong technical skills with the ability to relate to the engineering team, understand technical problems and bounce ideas to find a pragmatic way forward
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in being data and empathy driven
- Strong JIRA or other ticket management experience (setting up boards, filters, reporting, etc
- SCRUM certification or Product Owner certification is a bonus.
