**Public Kitchen and Bar, Finz Seafood and Grill, and Bella Cucina** are three magnificent restaurants in Queenstown, collectively known as **Wai Hospitality Group**.

We are looking for **4 permanent full-time kitchenhands** who genuinely care and want to join an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for the guests.

**Your duties will include the following**:

- Wash dishes and keep the dish area clear
- Food preparation, assist in producing menu items to a high standard
- Store and label food correctly
- Cleaning all areas of the kitchen to a high standard
- Maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas
- Communication skills, with the ability to listen and follow instructions
- Notify Head/Sous Chef of any breakages or equipment
- _Uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations_

No experience is required, on the job training is provided.
