We're on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to make their mark on the Auckland hospitality scene, with the opportunity to flex up as we grow across the north island.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Manager role partners with key stakeholders and their leadership teams to offer operational support, insights and advice - think people, consumer and finance, along with strategic planning that contributes to the operational success of the wider network.
The right person for the gig has a head for strategy, a keen eye for driving sales and talent for spotting, implementing and influencing out-of-the-box ideas into fruition. You’ll be an experienced leader with a proven track record of leading high performing businesses to success, comfortable coaching your teams to meet budgets and achieve their KPI’s.
