**About the Role**

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Foreman or Leading Hand to work closely with an experienced Calder Stewart Site Manager. Liaising with our internal business units you will have opportunities to work on diverse commercial construction projects. Work is based on commercial warehouses and industrial projects.

**Skills You Will Need**

Being an integral member of our construction team, you will contribute to the completion of our varied projects. We are looking for team members with the following:

- To work effectively within a team, to work to deadlines, and under pressure
- To communicate with people effectively and professionally at all levels
- Experience working on commercial construction sites: setting out, concrete form work, reinforcing, concrete work, steel assembly, carpentry work, carpentry finishing work
- Commitment to improving performance in product quality and safety
- Leadership abilities
