Position Overview:
As a Foreman Builder, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in motivating and guiding our construction teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
- Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and equipment to ensure efficient use and timely delivery.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders and participate in project meetings as required.
- Mentor and train staff to enhance their skills and performance on-site.

About you:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Foreman Builder or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in using construction tools, equipment, and technology.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
