**Workshop Foreman Opportunity - Join Our Upper Hutt Team**

Are you a skilled diesel mechanic looking for a leadership role in a hands-on, yet low-stress environment? Our 30-bus urban workshop in Upper Hutt is looking for a hands-on Foreman or senior mechanic to oversee our small team of mechanics, ensuring the day-to-day servicing and general repairs of our bus and coach fleet.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Experienced diesel mechanic with 5+ years in the industry.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including mentoring apprentices.
- Strong fault diagnosis and repair skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organised with the ability to manage admin tasks, including payroll and fleet maintenance systems.
- Team player attitude, happy to go above and beyond when needed.
