**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to focus on maintaining and growing customer relationships, handling sales inquiries, processing orders and providing a general level of sales support for our clients. This position is based at AERO NZ in the North Island. This permanent full-time role is critical for providing exceptional customer support.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The main responsibilities for this position are:
**_Sales Activities:_**
- Ensure customer orders are submitted accurately and efficiently in the CRM system
- Identify sales opportunities with new and existing clients
- Provide detailed product information and technical support across our product range
- Research and identify customer leads and engage with new prospects

**_Customer Support Activities:_**
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Actively promote post-sale spare parts sales
- Provide telephonic support to assist clients with install & repair jobs as required
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, projects, and account statuses to inform continuous improvement
- Represent the business at relevant seminars and other public events in the South Island

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 3 years in a sales or technical support role preferably in the security, automation or access control industries
- Customer/Account Management
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Self motivated and well organised to achieve goals and schedules
- Team player
