**The role**

Our Eden Village in Mount Eden are looking for a part time Receptionist to join their dedicated team.

Hours are 9am - 3pm, three days a week (Fri/Sat/Sun), with the flexibility to cover on public holidays and when the other Administrator is on leave.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Being the welcoming face of our business
- Providing excellent administrative support
- Ensuring the smooth running of service delivery
- Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
- Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistance in a style that brings calm to a busy environment.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
- An ability to problem solve effectively as you will be dealing with all manner of people and queries from visitors, contractors, residents and their families
- Experience with administration, accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
- Excellent computer skills. In particular, with the Microsoft suite
- An ability to build rapport, provide assistance and treat residents with respect
- Eligibility to work in NZ.
