**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
- provide trusted and valued, specialist support and advice to the National Campaigns and Projects Lead in the delivery of the operational expectations of the team.
- work alongside the National Campaigns and Projects Lead and other senior leaders to enable the delivery of the organisational priorities of Te Whatu Ora/Health NZ, and to drive continuous improvement in processes and practices within the team.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- At least eight years' experience working in campaigns and project roles, with a minimum four years working closely with leaders. Experience in working across multi-disciplinary teams where several communications activities (i.e., media, design, strategic planning, stakeholder management), are needed to achieve an optimal communications outcome.
- Experience at providing strategic advice, guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective delivery of programmes and initiatives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
- Proven success engaging and influencing diverse stakeholder groups and success developing and delivering projects/plans that have had a positive impact on organisations.
- Able to draw on experience in varied environments with experience in high-pressure fast-moving environments where success relied on building effective relationships and delivering sound advice.
