**Job Description**:
The Service Advisor is critical to the Torpedo7 customer service experience when it comes to management of all workshop and hire inquiries, job assessment and scheduling, supplying information around parts, and providing quotes.

The role involves:

- Dealing with warranties
- Click and collect processing and customer follow ups
- Collaborate with stock controller to maintain stock integrity
- Health and Safety
- Commercial orders expansion and building better customer relationships
- Promo tie-us for store product campaigns
- Opening and closing the store
- Visual merchandising

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have;
- A strong customer service focus
- Emotional maturity, honesty and professionalism
- A very high level of organisational skills and the ability to follow process
- Administrative competence and attention to detail
- Proactiveness, passion, energy and initiative
- The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the team and customers
- Flexibility and adaptability

It would also be advantageous to have basic technical skills of bike and bike builds, as well as experience in assessing and performing minor adjustments on quick fixes
