Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is spread across a vast geographical area and centred across two hospitals based in Tauranga and Whakatāne. We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.

**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse for a permanent 0.8 FTE position working 8 days a fortnight on rostered rotating shifts, based at the Tauranga Hospital.

Ideally, you will have the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team nursing environment, which requires good organisational, communication and computer skills and the ability to demonstrate safe clinical practice. You must be comfortable working under the direction and delegation of the Registered Nurse and alongside Health Care Assistants, to ensure evidence based clinical care is provided.

You will be committed to providing safe, effective nursing care and enjoy being part of a team. You may be an experienced Enrolled Nurse or a newly graduated Enrolled Nurse who can be supported through the Enrolled Nurse Support Into Practice programme (ENSIPP)
