**What will you do?**

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Analytics Developer to join our team to help us take our data capabilities to the next level. This role is about more than just creating reports - you'll lead the development of Power BI models and reports, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and help standardise reporting across the organisation. As the go-to expert for Power BI, you'll also mentor and support the team, while constantly exploring new ways to innovate.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead advanced analytics and reporting projects that directly influence strategic business decisions, using BI tools
- Develop analytics-ready semantic models in Power BI
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide reporting and data visualisation frameworks
- Play a leading role in developing a Data Skills Academy, by creating training material, standards and upskilling self-service users
- Act as the technical lead for the development of interactive dashboards, advanced data visualisations, and complex reports, also mentoring team members in best practices and innovative methodologies
- Oversee data quality assurance processes, implementing advanced data validation techniques and ensuring adherence to data governance standards
- Explore and implement new BI technologies and methodologies that enhance Ryman's reporting capabilities

**Who are you?**
- You're a passionate data expert with strong experience in business intelligence and analytics.
- You have proven experience as a BI Developer, with advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and semantic modelling.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
