**How you’ll make a difference**

You will be a key member of the Waitemata Brewery Team. Working with iconic New Zealand & International Brands, you will help to deliver beer, cider and RTD products to high quality standards, and in an efficient manner to ensure market supply and consumer satisfaction.

**About the position**
- Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Working according to the defined and applied HEINEKEN Safety, Food safety and Sustainability standards, and local regulation(s) for the Brewery
- Executing the production plan to schedule
- Monitoring quality of the product and processes
- Actively involved in optimizing Brewery performance through TPM.
- Delivers shopfloor excellence through DCS, 5s, CILT & applies problem solving tools.

**What you’ll bring with you**
- Minimum secondary education and;
- Either Tertiary Level qualification (Level 4+ in Science, Maintenance, Engineering), or
- 2-3 years shop floor experience, including continuous improvement in FMCG Operations/Maintenance
- Preference for experience in:

- Brewing / Biotechnology
- Maintenance experience
- TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
