About the role:

Our apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn from experienced Diesel technicians while completing a nationally recognised trade qualification. You'll be on your way to become a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, earning and learning in our state-of-the-art workshop in Auckland.

You'll be assisting with repairs, maintenance, services and the overhaul of a variety of heavy vehicles and engines and trailers. Trucks keep New Zealand running, so roll your sleeves up and join us for the ride

What do you need?

• A passion for understanding how things work.
• A drive to learn and develop your skills both in the classroom and on the job.
• Mechanical aptitude; you enjoy getting under the bonnet of cars, trucks, motorbikes
• Good communication skills and self-assurance.
• Decent school results, ideally having completed year 12 (a level 3 pre-trade qualification is even better).
• Reliability, dedication and punctuality.
• Have had experience in a full or part time job in the past.
