**About the Role**
- As a Supply Chain / Exports Coordinator for Winstone Wallboards, based in Mt Wellington, you will play a critical role within the Supply Chain and Planning team to manage end to end process of exports orders. This role will also assist in taking an analytical approach to developing inventory management matrix, process optimisation and success in sales and supply chain operations. Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

- Process and manage exports sales orders including pricing and proformas.
- Liaise with freight providers to communicate booking requirements and align load scheduling with production schedules and container availability.
- Manage the end-to-end process for shipping documentation, from booking freight to receival at export houses or at the port, including PRODOC documentation, CEDO, Carters Note, SLI, VGM & Pre-advise.
- Managing Gypsum 3PL inventory process (incl. storage and bagging stock offsite).
- Inventory management (ERP parameters, policies, warehousing).
- Assist in business process improvement projects.

**About You**
- You instinctively build a strong rapport with the diverse group of stakeholders you work with. You’ll be an effective communicator who is a collaborative team player, and want to grow and develop your career and gain exposure to the wider Supply Chain process. Experienced in a similar supply planner/demand planner role within a manufacturing environment, you will also require;
- Past experience in an NZ exporting/shipping environment would be preferable.
- Proficient knowledge in ERP system with ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Good understanding of warehousing and transport in a fast-moving supply chain environment
- Solid understanding of inventory and supply chain processes
- Attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills, with a ‘think outside the box’ approach
- An organised team player with a desire to learn and work towards a common goal
- You will require a New Zealand Customs Active Pin, or will be supported by Winstone Wallboards to get this qualification/license
