Overview:
An IT company in Masterton looking for a multi-talented individual to fill the role of IT and Customer Service Specialist. This position requires a diverse skill set encompassing IT support, customer service, and reception duties. **Responsibilities**:
Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with system configurations and upgrades.

Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages at the reception desk.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements across IT, web, marketing, and customer service functions.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to IT, customer service, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our operations.

Qualifications:
A strong passion for IT is valued more than specific educational credentials. While a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable, we prioritize individuals who demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and dedication to the IT field.

Proven experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in IT support, digital marketing, customer service, and reception duties.

Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web content management systems (e.g., WordPress), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite), and basic IT troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, customers, and visitors.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role and/or receptionist duties is preferred.

**Salary**: From $29.66 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week
